Tony believes that life is all about the attitude you choose to have, and his positive outlook shows in all of his interactions with customers and co-workers alike. His great attitude is paired with a solid background of 20 years of experience of serving clients and building relationships.

Outside the office, Tony is a self-proclaimed “soccer dad,” finishing up his bachelor’s degree in business, and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities with his wife and two sons. In particular, Tony likes to spend his time gardening and landscaping. He recently built a 165 gallon rain barrel system connected to a drip irrigation. While Tony is environmental-minded, he admits he built the “auto-watering system” more out of laziness because, really, who wants to water for an hour each night?

Tony also enjoys eating geographically named foods in their named origin… He has had a “New York strip” in New York, “Denver  omelette” in Denver, “key lime pie” in Key West, “Georgia peach” in Georgia, “Philly cheesesteak” in Philadelphia, and “Peking duck” in Peking/Bejing. Next up? Maine lobster?

"Katherine:I'd recommend Camtasia ($299) if you will do a lot of editing and want lots of options for publishing to different formats. But, if you are just wanting to take a simple video, trim and sent out the door, just use Windows Movie Maker. Most XP installations already have it.You can find it by clicking: Start, Run, Programs, Accessories, Entertainment. If not, download and install: http:..."

"Abena,What a great question! I'm glad you've joined. It's probably the "Thesis" question of this entire community. :)I'll start off by saying there are many answers to this question, none of them written in stone.I would start off by watching this recorded "Social Media at Events" - webinar that happened last month on Engage365: http://bit.ly/socialmediaforeventsAlso, register for the webinar: ..."

"Shawn, One doesn't have to be a giant Nasdaq-bluechip companies to perform good customer service on Twitter or other social technologies. I attended a social media strategy seminar last fall where one of the speakers was talking about a problem she was having with an item. "Eric,Good Question.I think Lindy was just commenting that he is an iPhone user (as am I). Not sure about Lindy, but I am a passionate iPhone user first, then an AT&T customer second...at least that's how I rationalize it. To her point, iPhone is only available through AT&T Wireless although there's rumors of it being available on Verizon in 2010 or 2011.I digress, but I don't think she is sugge..."
