Great info. My favorite take-away was dividing the material into three groups for better learning:
1. Materials and Information that participants can read and review on their own.
2. Knowledge and information that benefits from listening and questioning a subject matter expert.
3. Shared knowledge and experiential learning that benefits from interaction between participants.
This is especially helpful in my area of new media marketing where audience members within a group can differ greatly on their knowledge base, which creates a challenge for those of us responsible for the success of the webinar.
